Thanks Lapi and Dirk,
but I can definitely rule that out. I've been win10 for a long time and it worked. Firmware from Phidget, I can thus exclude.

Hi,

i dont know if it helps, i have a Phiget Card too since a week and the same problem under Windows 10, the Card was recognized on windows but not started in Prosim.
After disconnecting an reconnect and restart of Prosim it was ok untill the next boot of windows.
I learned the the Phiget Cards dont „like“ to be accessed by more then one process at a time.

My Solution was to deactivate any not necessary services in Windows specially the services who had something to to with Communication in my case there have been some of Nvidia, Asus and Intel.

Now the Card is detected after reboot from Prosim and works like it should
