A very good suggestion, Brian. Fs flightcontrol is excellent and can hardly be topped. It just lacks some integration with Prosim, although the failures work but other system features like ground power and some more are missing. Why not selling it as an extra prosim module, if these guys can manage to come together for a joint venture.

Feature requests taken seriously

Post by willow » 18 Feb 2017, 23:55

Hello

I wanted to share the prompt attention I received from Andreas concerning the instructor station. I did a review of his product here - http://bit.ly/2azWaL1

I sent a feature request to Andreas and asked if it was possible to implement barometric pressure in the aircraft section. Within a week or so of sending the request, I received an e-mail from Andreas stating that the feature has been implemented and will be 'rolled out' in the next software update.

It's refreshing when developers take feature requests seriously and implement them quickly (thanks Andreas).

I could not agree more. I while back I asked for all failures to be selectable in the random section, and for them to be "remembered" every time the program starts.

About 4 weeks later I got an email from Andreas out of the blue saying it had been implemented... awesome service!

fs flightcontrol instructor station and prosim

...the bad thing is that Brian's proposal to bring FS-FlightControl and ProSim-AR together over a beer in Lelystad did not work...

...the good thing is that Andreas, Hanne and his team and particularly Humberto will have more chances to meet and talk in the future. At least for me, this might be worth a try...

Just my 2 cents.

Cheers,

Andreas

amazing support

Post by willow » 21 Apr 2017, 12:25

Greetings

I wanted to share the absolutely amazing support that Andreas has given me over the last week or so.

I had an issue with FS Flight-Control following the latest update.

Andreas suggested several fixes (via e-mail) culminating in him remotely connecting to my client computer. Andreas then spent 20 minutes investigating several options prior to resolving my issue with a good work-around.

I wanted to publicly thank Andreas. I don't think this level of support occurs very often. :D

For those not using FS Flight-Control as their default instructor station, I suggest you take a look at his software.

Best, WilloW

Hi,

Yes i confirm that Andreas pays close attention to customers and reply very soon.

The software for me are unique in market, very complete and growing.

If other's pays this attention to customers, the feedback for other hardware / software owners rapidly grow.

I second that. :!:

I've contacted Andreas on several occasions and got the issues immediately resolved, and later Andreas followed up on them too.
Excellent software and service. Just recently started to use loading flight plans from FS-FlightControl to Prosim and FMC - works like a charm.
