Hi Thomas, I very much like the latest beta version new features; all work very well on my system.

Thank you for a great addon, and updates.

Michael :)

Hi Russell,

I am currently on vacation, so I will come back to you in April in more detail. Did you try the cabin tests? Do you here the announcements then?
hi Thomas.. not a problem .. enjoy your vacation .. yes, all the test features worked ok .. I even tried my own custom taxi.wav and the test options played it fine... While taxing, it didn't play my custom sound. ..

Anyway, no rush, I'll still trouble shoot in the mean time. ..

thanks..
Russell.
Hi Russell,

does your wav file match the required specs? Mono (not stereo) with 48.000 Hz
Hi Thomas..

Sorry for late reply as I was very busy with other project's and couldn't respind earlier but yes all the files are in MONO.. like I mentioned everything plays back in the test mode.. But when the aircraft rolls only I hear is the cabin crew chatter sound and when starting to descend I get the captain coming on. Then when at shutting down the engines I hear the music playing.. That's all the sounds I get to hear.. O ya I do get to hear the bump sound when taxing..

And also another thing I noticed when starting to descend the captains voices duplicates meaning it repeats the 2nd time which makes his announcement sounding almost 6 min..

I even downloaded the latest version which simmarket posted and still the same as above..

Thanks
Russell

I am wondering if the following two proposals could be considered for future versions of Simsounds

1. WHEEL CONTACT ON TOUCHDOWN: at present during the landing, the wheel contact with the runway is less than that felt with the 'bump' sensation during taxying. Is it possible to greatly enhance the volume / tactile feedback range of the wheels landing so those that wish a real thud sensation of the initial touchdown can do so?

2. ENGINE REVERSERS: at present, whilst we hear the engine reverses through P3D as we engage them on landing, there is no vibration felt that we would often feel in the actual aircraft. Can tactile feedback for the 'Engine Reversers' be introduced to further enhance the immersion felt during the landing process?

Thanks and love the program

I will try to improve the touch down with SimSounds 2.11.

Great idea. We will check this for 2.11 as well.

    Thanks Thomas,

Great program and it's good to see a Developer who responds so quickly and is so open to ideas from the end user. This can only make it get better and better.

I have no great ideas. Just want to say that the turbulence effects linked to active sky in your software, have completely changed my experience. Congratulations. I have 2 earthquake q10b under the motion platform and going through a thick cloud and feeling both the motion and the “crackling” sound of the airframe makes me smile every time.

I also second the idea about the more intense touchdown sound and the reversers.
